We want you to love your Castillo Coffee & Herb Co. purchase. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items:

✓ Unopened teas, herbs, coffee (sealed packaging)

✗ Opened/perishables, custom blends, sale items final

Return Process:

1. Email support@castillocoffee.com with order # 

2. Receive prepaid USPS label (you pay return shipping)

3. Refund issued to original payment (minus shipping) within 5 days of receipt
